Individual Sound Healing Session

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique needs. Relax fully clothed on the rare monochord sound table as you're immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, flutes, therapeutic vocal toning, and other healing instruments.

Beginning with a gentle guided meditation, this personalized sound healing experience is designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, release energetic blockages, and invite deep relaxation, renewal, and inner connection.

Private Group Healing Experience

Bring the healing power of sound into the comfort of your own home. Designed for groups of six or more within the local area, this personalized experience invites friends and loved ones to relax, reconnect, and share a deeply restorative journey together.

Following a gentle guided meditation, your group will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, monochord, gong, chimes, therapeutic vocal toning, and other healing instruments. Each participant will also have the opportunity to experience select instruments on and around the body, creating a unique and memorable sound healing experience.

Therapeutic Sound Healing  Treatments

Designed as a personalized series of 4–5 sessions, this therapeutic sound healing journey supports lasting transformation by addressing your unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs. We begin with an in-depth assessment and intention setting, then use sound healing to help regulate the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and create space for healing and integration.

Each session also includes personalized sound healing and self-care recommendations, empowering you to continue your healing journey beyond our time together.

Couples Sound Healing Session

This shared experience is designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, deepen connection, and create space for relaxation, presence, and renewal.

Through vocal toning, sound, and Sonic Anatomy practices, I guide individuals and groups in gently releasing emotional holding, shifting stagnant energy, and reconnecting with their authentic voice. Whether you're new to vocal toning or looking to deepen your practice, you'll discover simple yet powerful techniques that support nervous system regulation, self-expression, presence, and overall well-being.

I offer private sessions, beginner-friendly workshops, and Sonic Anatomy Training, creating a safe and supportive space to explore the healing potential of your own voice.
